Mel-Ban Smoothie

If you have some leftover muskmelon, this is a great option to still enjoy it!




Mel-Ban Smoothie

1/2 muskmelon, no seeds or rind
1 banana
1/4 cup coconut milk or the milk of your choosing
1 heaping T. of hemp seeds
1-2 packets of stevia, to taste
6 ice cubes
cinnamon, for sprinkling on top

Blend all and enjoy.  Serves two glasses.

Peanut Butter Cookies

A nice way to spend an afternoon or morning.   :)




Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup peanut butter or almond butter
1 cup honey
1 tsp baking soda
1 egg
3/4 cup almond flour

Mix peanut butter and honey together, then add baking soda, almond flour, and egg.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 mins.

Note:  I made these big (like almost 1/4 cup batter/cookie), so that I could three-fold them to be like bars.
